US open: Stocks higher following PPI reading - Sharecast.com

As of 1545 BST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.06% at 42,891.46, while the S&P 500 advanced 0.28% to 6,039.06 and the Nasdaq Composite came out of the gate 0.24% firmer at 19,662.85.
